Although located just outside of the Shore Land Zone the property does have unobstructed views of the water. Our design takes full advantage of this and each space enjoys a great view of the Pool. Modest in size the first floor living spaces feel bigger than they actually are with tall ceilings and large 2/2 double hung windows to bring the outdoors in. The first floor contains a comfortable Living Room, Dining to accommodate eight, functional Kitchen with a center six foot island, as well as an Office, Screen Porch, and support spaces.
The second floor contains the Master Suite and two support Bed Rooms which share a Jack & Jill bathroom. There is also future expansion opportunities above the two car Garage. Aesthetically the main house is sided with white cedar shingles and the garage has board and batten siding. The massing and roof lines are kept simple to be sensitive to the style of the house and budget of our clients.
