Originally a nondescript bland and uninspiring beachfront house, our clients sought us out to transform it into a cottage style residence. We infused life into the original structure by introducing all new windows, doors, siding and trim. We also removed the existing roof and created finish space on the uppermost floor to take full advantage of the beautiful water views from each end of the house.
A new kitchen was developed and existing underutilized porch space was transformed into new finish space on the first floor. The ocean facing second floor master suite was updated to include a larger closet and new bathroom.
One of the secondary bedrooms was expanded to include a sitting area with water views out of each side.
