Adams Point

This renovation project involved interior spatial reconfigurations and improvements to address all aspects of the original house that were both antiquated and non functional. Every existing space was revised and or updated to meet the current needs of our clients. We created a large new modern kitchen, Pantry, Laundry, all new bathrooms, a reconfigured main stairway, and an all new Master Suite on the second floor. In addition we also designed a new two car garage, mechanical space, and mud room connector which links directly to the kitchen. On the uppermost level we transformed non functional space into our client's office and "man cave" which have thru views into both the drive court and river. The exterior was completely reimagined with all new siding, windows, and trim details. The aesthetic theme of the house is shingle style using red cedar shakes, focal point areas of natural stone and a playful array of windows.
