This retirement home is designed for our clients to be able to live solely on the main first floor level. All of the focal point spaces take advantage of distant mountain views which appear beyond an open meadow. The compact L-shaped configuration of the floor plan ensures that all of the spaces are in close proximity of each other. A welcoming covered entry porch greets all who visit the house. Upon entering, the vaulted living room is only steps away and the mountains are immediately visible. The Living room anchors one end of the house and is visually open to the Dining and Kitchen areas. The sizeable Kitchen is located to view the drive court as well as looking toward the mountain view opposite. A Butler's Pantry links the kitchen to the back service hallway.
